After fixing an object on surface plate, Probing System will move 3-dimensional space to calculate the coordinate of the object. The coordinate data will be sent to PC-System Software. User can print the result in one of pre-arranged multiple geometric shapes such as dot, line, circle and plane. Or user can measure the correlation between different things such as width, distance, angle and shape tolerance to apply it to 3D testing, area confirmation, CAD comparison, size analysis, reverse engineering, etc.
The high-resolution lens of contactless 3D scanner can easily capture hidden area and vague surface by moving in 5 axes to radiate laser scanning line. With separate software, the scanned data can be converted into point cloud. It can also automatically switch the whole wire frame to one model and create data compatible in CAD and CAE.
